Feb. 2009

We decided at the February meeting that we need a more uplifting book! We decided to put The Story of Edgar Sawtell off until April or even May (plus it is very long!) So- next month we will read portions of, and talk about, "The Ladies of Liberty" and/or "Team of Rivals"   . THEN we need to choose a few more books: at least two: one suggestion: "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows. We also have a long list of book hope-fulls - take a look! We are at Kathy & Genella's next month!
